Your honest critique please Phil. I will give mine for what it is worth.

I think he is a little behind for 4 weeks. But I do not know his history of shows and I am sure you will pull out all the stops to get him there but my concern is the back fat still visible. I think he looks fantastic. Big, full and certainly good symmetry. The side tri is impressive but I still think he is a little behind schedule. Just my Honest opinion. Good job though. He is one thick guy!! Great legs on him!!

I would say that is a pretty good assessment........its an individual call with each guy, do you lose muscle and go for shredded or stay a little full and stay bigger? It is up to him really.....I like the bigger look, the fullness and shape/proportion. I gave him his options and he has made his choice.....this is the " red zone" time and winners come through.........the thrill of the challenge, it fuels us all, so lets see what he is made of.

Thanks Phil. Yes you are so correct. I am sure we have all tried both ends of the scale on this. One year you come in big, full and hard and the judges give it to a smaller more ripped guy, no foul there, just what they wanted on the day. Then you come in next year, ripped and dry and they reward the bigger fuller look. Can't pick it some years.

The best thing to do is come dialled in the way you want to look and be the best you can possibly be on the day. Then you are a winner no matter where they place you. You can only hope that it is in the top three!!

Good job Phil, he looks damned impressive and I am sure he will have the package come game day!!
