Urgent, can i still save this vial of IGF-1

By mistake i reconstituted it with water instead of AA. (The vial has 1 mg of IGF-1 and i put 5 cc of water in it), can it still be saved by adding AA? Help please .

My ChemOne IGF came with .6 % acetic acid to reconstitute. If you can add enough AA to get up to 0.6%, it should be fine.

What is the concentration of your AA?

its 100 mM which is 0.6% exactly. So if i have 5 cc of water in the vial, how much of AA will i have to add?

Sorry bro, if your AA is only 0.6% you can never get to 0.6% with 5 cc's of water in there. You need more concentrated AA. That sucks...

Maybe use it real fast!

You should use it as quick as possible but it wont be completely useless after 24 hrs. It will just be become less and less potent as it degrades.
