not going to be able to make it to the show this weekend in philly.
im prepping for the leahigh vally in two weeks.

My prep is going well. I made some changes. I think I did ok in pitt. but my timing was off among a few other things. I may be heavy weight at this show. Weigh in is only sat 2 hr before prejudge. After this show Im going to re group and probally hit the mr va in aug. What does your schedule look like

i screwed a few things up too. but i learned a lot. i learned what food not to use and NOT to cut my sodium!!! i eat a lot of fish and look dry and vascular with it in my diet. im gonna do the leighigh vally on the 26th then take some time off and just try to stay leaner in the off season this year. no more major bulking up.
im gonna come in as a lightheavy again...just as long as you come in dry i think you can hang in the hevies...but you might want to go to the lt hevies if its close. like 1 or 2 lb.
be the biggest and leanest....thats the best formula.
it all depens how you look.
you know whats best for you, dont listen to anyone else.
just kick some ass bro....

gona go to the masters nationals to see my friend rich sieglmen compete and then to the ny show w rich and steve mcloud in june. you going to these? anyone else????
