it does suck bad. i bought a spinner bike so i can work on that at home. dr says stationary with zero resistance.
i can see how people becoem depressed. i was down, watching the vid over a nd over, looking at pics, wondering "will i ever squat over 400lbs again" then this lady comes on the news that lost both arms and legs from "booty injections". i was like shit. im lucky! ill work on upper body, follow docs instructions and get the pt done. i am only taking 125mg test e every 5 days and 6 iu's (just upped from 4) of rips (hgh directly into the quad).

Sorry to hear of your injury.
I completely ruptured my patella tendon by slipping off/on a stair case in 2006.
It was surgically reattached-took me about 16 weeks in a total leg brace to heal then about 4-6 weeks of physical therapy and about 3 months of training to get back. The surgically repaired knee is stronger than the other one. You'll be back to full strength in less than a year.
Take care as there is plenty of time to heal and grow in the future days ahead.
