videos keep pausing every few seconds

i can't watch videos from youtube or hulu without them pausing every few seconds. i have cleaned out temp files and cookies with no success. this only recently started to happen. any advice is greatly appreciated.

I had this same problem, I was using internet explorer as my browser.

I switched to googel chrome and no more problems!

I have been extremely happy with Chrome, I didn't even know there was anything different other than internet explorer before, I thought that's what everyone used as the universal internet browser.

Tom, do u notice that the volume continues while the video stalls? annoying

dead stop

with me it just comes to a dead stop. i have found if i pause the video for a few minutes and let it continue to buffer i am then able to watch it when i press play again....it works but still....i shouldn't have to do that, something is not right.
