Such a fantastic physique. I believe he's doing the Master's Nationals this year. The video below is from the NPC Nationals but I'm unsure of the year.

I've always been impressed by his physique. I don't know if he's still doing it, but he was a big proponent of slow tempo lifting, 4/4 tempo a few years ago. He said once he switched to it his joints stopped hurting.

He's doing Masters Nationals on July 19th in Pittsburgh. He's the NJ athletes rep for the NJNPC as well. I finally got a chance to sit and talk with him a bit at the first show of the year. Very cool guy. Really would like to see him finally get a Pro card.

I was right next to Vinnie in the lineup for the light-heavies at last year's Masters Nationals. The guy is flawless, I couldn't believe he didn't win the class. The winner had a slight edge on him in conditioning but couldn't match his symmetry and size.

He is one hell of a bodybuilder.
