I think a

mass email to all members with a link to this should go out each month and it would probably bring in more votes... just my $.02

There's no need for an email. At any one time there are over 100+ members logged in (guests don't count), yet each monthly featured member is decided by less than 50 votes (usually).
People just have to take more interest in it. Bodybuilders are generally selfish so in a case like this, if they are not nominated themselves, they don't care.

Steak just being nomimated is awesome doesnt look bad to me. Even if some didnt get but one vote just being nominated is enough. Plus we all know you forever anyway. MM

I think people Just hate to vote in general Like you especially if its not them or someone they know so Why care.
