Ahhh yes...i've been a little MIA
honestly, i've been taking some time for myself...i've had a few personal battles to fight and needed time adjusting to some change

I've been wondering what to do with myself...lol. I have decided to stop competing in NPC figure and when i do compete in the future, I'll choose a natural & tested federation. I still train with RobRoy...he's the best and I can't ever imagine not training with him!
I've also recently leaned out again and enjoyed the process, believe it or not...lol. I have a few photo shoots coming up as well as a fitness modeling runway gig for Triabetes charity so...some new photos are forthcoming!
I'm just pursuing some modeling opportunities and seeing what happens

Definitely still living the clean-eating crazy workouts lifestyle but layin a lil low
