Looks like professional muscle has just added yet another great pro bodybuilder to it's members and i look forward to having my good friend Mike Morris here to learn from. Mike has been living in Az for a while now and just recently I asked him to join us here. He has already signed up so feel free to start asking questions and learning from his experience. Also if you are really serious he is available for online training.

Thank god you are here........maybe you can open some eyes on here about what it REALLY takes to become a Pro.......let alone try to just qualify.............and who should be realistic in that venture.

You look amazing.
What's your approach for off season mass gain? In terms of nutrition..IE carb cut offs...2.0 protein per pound of BW...cardio ect.

In an industry where people want to dance around certain issues, Mike will honestly answer your questions and you WILL learn a thing or two. I met Mike when he first moved to AZ when was coming into my store. Glad to have him here. Here is a sick pic I was looking for.
