what would i need to change to do the jr usa's next yr.

these pics are from the bodyrock and the east coast classic/DE state show. came in too soft for the BR, but looked better the following wk for the DE. got 1st in middles in the novice and open at the DE. and i was just wondering if it's realistic to try my hand at the jr usa or nats next yr, or do one more yr of just local shows?

in the BR pics in weighed in at 173 at 5'7 1/2", and at the DE show a week later, weighed in at 167.

I think you just need to fill out, maybe come in a bit drier/ tighter. You have great lines and a great shape, just need to be thicker.

thanks alot for the critique. the last pic is actually what i usually come in like, the rest i'm too watery in, i know. i'm gonna try to bulk up this winter some more and come in right at 176, instead of 167.

Congrats! You look great. Great conditioning in that last pic for sure! Big difference between those 2 shows!!! Any back shots?

I'd say hit it hard the next 5 months and do the Jr. Nats in June. See where you fare there. I wouldn't bother doing another local show.
