Mainly looking for cycle input...

Train EOD M, W, F

Mon = Chest, Shoulders, Tri
Wen = Legs, Calves
Fri = Ab's, Back, Bi's

Pin 40mcg / 20 side IGF-every workout EOD rotating muscle for 8 weeks...

However, in an 8 week cycle most muscle groups get pinned 4 times with some 3 times...for a total of 25 pinnings in 8 weeks.

Does the muscle pinned the only muscle that gets the benifit?

Also going to pin 160 mcg of Peg MGF 24hrs before each
workout...

Any comments...second oppinions?

it is not just a local effect

i just do the weak side most of the time, don't bother with the bi lateral

40mcg starting dose is a bit high IMHO. i get results off of 10-15mcg.

I'm running a similar program right now.

I do 10 to 15 per side for small muscles like bis and tris.
If its legs or lats I do 20 per side. But no more than that. Remember, the body makes very small amounts of IGF naturally....so even 10 mcg is alot in 1 muscle.

Excess IGF will give you the dreaded PermaGUT! Don't know about you...but I certainly don't need that! LOL
 
Hey Coop,

With the MGF...if your using Peg MGF, then you might want to try to take it more like 48 to 72 hours before training that muscle. There's a lot of debate still on how exactly to use it, and exactly how long its active. But I've heard from pretty knowledgeable people that its more than 24 hrs.

So, to get the most out of your IGF, you'd want to have more time in between the Peg MGF and the IGF. (like 48-72 hrs.)

Thats how I'm running it right now, and the results are looking good.
