Mainly looking for cycle input...
Train EOD M, W, F
Mon = Chest, Shoulders, Tri
Wen = Legs, Calves
Fri = Ab's, Back, Bi's
Pin 40mcg / 20 side IGF-every workout EOD rotating muscle for 8 weeks...
However, in an 8 week cycle most muscle groups get pinned 4 times with some 3 times...for a total of 25 pinnings in 8 weeks.
Does the muscle pinned the only muscle that gets the benifit?
Also going to pin 160 mcg of Peg MGF 24hrs before each
workout...
Any comments...second oppinions?
