So I'm back from an injury and instead running a light cycle to get back in shape I picked up some novlin. Used slin years ago and decided to give it a shot to see if it will help recovery. 10iis pre workout with 75 grams from Gatorade powder/60 grams whey isolate. Half 20 minutes after shot then rest sipped entire workout. Post workout 100gra a carbs/45 protein from rice/tuna. Working great. Recovering way quicker and the soreness is normally get from long lay off is reduced greatly. Now I see everyone is claiming you have to use hydrsylized whey and a carb source like karbolyn or vitargo. The guys that have done both. Would it be worth the extra cost to switch from isolate/Gatorade powder to karbolyn/hydrolyzed whey? I'm also using leucine, creatine, glycerol.
 
It’s only worth the extra cost if your current selection is causing GI issues.

For instance, I can only consume 60g of carbs or so from Gatorade before I get super bloated. With HBCD, I can do 100-150g carbs with no issues.
