A diet should NOT be something make yourself do for an event or a short period of time. If you want to lose bodyfat and you don't want to gain it back, you are going to have to make some LIFELONG diet changes. Eating clean, healthy foods on a daily basis for life is the only way you are going to succeed.

If you have tried every "diet" and none of them have worked, it's probably because you have taken 4-6 weeks off of your normal eating habits and tried something different - probably a FAD - just to get some extra poundage off, and as soon as the scale said that magic number.....the old eating habits came back and so did the fat - it's not so hard to figure out. So why then, do so many of us have such a problem understanding this?
