Some exercises I go heavy, mainly compound movements bench, squat, dead etc but not as much anymore. To many injuries. I try to train smart and really squeeze/contract during exercises whereas I used to just try and lift as much weight as possible ...and I mean I go about 90% of complete failure. I usually work up in weights until the last set which I usually go to complete failure. Sometimes with assisted reps after failure. I train high volume/reps on almost all exercises
Hit some heavy deads yesterday with legs and abs. Felt strong and def felt it the next day. Bis/tris today another good day of work. Weight is slowly creeping up
Training has been going great. After talking with a few people on here with more knowledge I have changed my split to 3 on 1 off.

Back and bis
Rest then repeat. I'm thinking this will work better for my goals and keep me healthier injury wise. Weight was 223 this morning. Up 8 lbs which is really good considering I was sick for most of the first few weeks.
