Hey! Just wanne hear what you guys think about this workout routine.
On cycle (Im currently on sust,deca,diana) talking bulk.
3on1off. 3on2.off (Rep range will be 8-10)
Chest/tri
back/bi
legs/shoulders
Off

Repeat
Do you think its overkill? Or big chance of getting overtrained? Or does it seems good on cycle?
