these pics are not of me, they are of nuthinbutapeanut. he is working with phil and is prepping for his first show on may 10 2008. 6'1" weighing about 210lb. he has never touched AAS and only used phil's sus500 oral supp. and has been off of it fr about 3 weeks.

I am very impressed. I am more than impressed. This kid has been doing everything I tell him. People have to understand that training someone is a process. We must take tests to see what works and what doesn't work. You cannot just hand someone a routine and say, "here you go". GREAT JOB.

Please don't let my post come across as negative. Your physique is the obvious result of hard work, and lots of it. But the nature of bodybuilding is that the work never ends... your physique is and will remain a work-in-progress.
