ive been though alot of clycles and ive used most things for the goal at the time but im using tren and holy shit im gaining weight like crazry with test and amino acids good diet but no exercise cause i can only do calestenics well what i want to know is if i work out a little with light weight will i gain size or strength. im pretty sure with the cycle i have i will?

He's not joking...He can't do a whole lot cause of a torn pec. I believe it was

i tore my pec had surgery and now im on physical therapy! they gave me permission to lift light weights in 1 week and the up the weight after 2 weeks add 5 lbs to easy painless excercises and lower any if they give me problems believe me im starting low like a little kid and taking my time but somethings already grow like my belly lol

You can workout your bottom half of your body.

ive known guys with torn pecs to still train some delts, legs, CORE etc. why arent you?

if it is too sore and you are unable, you should have stoppped the cycle, or gone onto a bridge till you were improving.. dont waste your $$$

in trained individuals isnt it the goose that laid the golden egg, to gain lbm whilst "on" but not training hard???

i do my legs and they didnt need to play catch up my upper half looks so out of proportion its wierd so if i can lift ill lift but very light and not much at all for the first few weeks i can ween my way to 100%slowly i just wanted t oknow if thats going to help and i dont post threads about nutrition i am in the army they teach you nutrition lol but for real i know what to eat what amount is going to get used what food haas no nutrition just fast im good on all those questions!sorry my new york accent i do not need to ask about nutrition there maybe you understodd that one.
