That's a secret (i am doing his diet).
TBH its very basic atm 300 protein 250 carbs 50 fat...food sources potato, veg, chicken, eggs, protein powder.....nothing magic.

what show you doing? What weight class? Get use to people asking those questions, what are you doing and why? It gets old the futher along in your prep. Their just impressed and curious. Take it as a complement!
