glutes and hammies are in!! a lil water drop and ur peeled!! big guys usually never have the condition you got. kick ass job!
Condition is on point.
One point of advise. Is you legs are to far apart in your front poses. It makes your legs look smaller since there is so much air in between and your inner quads.
Trying bringing your legs closer to were your inner quads are barley touching each other....it will make a huge difference
