It's unreal...supper after it was all over.. my head cleared.. I was back to reality, out of the robotic trance of prep... Too late maybe... I may of lost my girl...

Yep. Thnx. Goal accomplished. Now I can build from the foundation up... While staying lean I hope. Goal is 220-230 with visable abs. Just be healthier and consistent to add size. To improve. I look foreward to it.

Good Job and I almost lost my wife over the last contest prep that is why I decided to have a year off to grow. I am a much nicer person in bulk mode.
