1st Contest pics June 2005 and current Offseason pics

In the pics from the June 2005 show i was a novice in the lightheavy weight and weighed 198 lbs standing 5' 11 1/2" at a underwater weigh bodyfat of 5% was using minimal supplements started that diet at 215 lbs

2 years later i am currently off season weighing 220-225 still 5' 11 1/2" bodyfat by 9 point method revealed 10.8 percent bodyfat.

Currently I am 29 years old and holding.

goals: keep building quality lean muscle with MINIMAL substances and MINIMAL fat gain.

Back and Delts look good. its tough being on the taller side of bodybuilding. i am 6 foot as well we have to be 300lbs just to fill up the frame and look thick. but u deff have some quality mass and pretty good condition for the offseason. a couple more pounds and u should be able to compete as a heavyweight next time. keep up the good work and let me know if i can help with anything...i do have a decent amount of experiance training bodybulders offseason as well as contest prep.Goodluck...

I'm 6'1" and 220. It's hard to look thick at a taller height. You're definately doing well though, keep it up.

it is tough to fill up 6 feet, but i do think it can flow better once achieved. I am not really into the size game but i want to keep getting bigger so we will see what happens... STEELE

I aree with you ^^^ Im 5'11" 250lbs(offseason) and look pretty damn big in the street, but when I see some dude like 6'2" 280lbs+ walking, he usually looks more freaky than most pro's to the general public.

taller does seem to stand out more

I remember the first time I saw Quincy Taylor walk thru a casino in Vegas at the Mr. Olympia and it was the quietest i have ever heard slot machines. it was like paarting the red sea, wherever he went people stopped and stared.
