Wife is training for bikini comps, and is currently in a bulking phase of her training.
Currently she is looking to add muscle during her bulk.
Would var work best for this goal? We want to bulk, without loosing too much bf at this point. As we get closer to show time, we'll begin her cut.
Any other options are also welcomed.
She's 28, 5'1, 120lbs. Eating 5 regimented meals per day, at 2300 calories. High protein, high carb, low fats. 5 day a week training cycle / full body split. No cardio.
