Im 5 weeks into a vial (pentosan,glucosamine) at 300mg a week. General consensus seems to be 3mg per kg once a week.
Its a bit early to say its working but I do feel my joints are improving, whether this is wishful thinking time will tell.
One thing I can say is its a little painful at time of injection but if you pin quads it passes quickly

Stick to recommended dosing. I made the mistake of thinking more was better and came close to bleeding to death. It thins the blood and mine wouldn't coagulate. I bled like a faucet, not a drip, for 5 hours straight. It was terrifying to go through that.
3mg per kg of body weight once a week is the veterinary inject recommendation. I was injecting it daily. It took a couple weeks to get my blood consistency back to normal.

I've used it once in the past for my shoulder. Unfortunately an MRI revealed that I had a 50% tear in my rotator cuff. I don't know how well it would have worked if my shoulder injury hadn't been that severe.

yeah I was planning on using it for joint recuperation and strengthening while on cycle for the increase in muscle mass. additionally for various minor injuries accumulated over the years

I just ordered some, so I'm looking for a miracle to correct the issues with my knees.

is it used for Relieving bladder pain or discomfort caused by bladder inflammation?
