How To Locate Your Ventro Glute

I made this video some time ago after doing a ton of research on how to locate the VG. There are a ton of pics and descriptions but they still left me a little unsure. So I thought a video was in order. VG is one of the easiest spots to pin and is painless. I recommend adding it to your rotation. I hope this helps.

About an inch or so. Very easy to find when you twist your heel outward.

Finally got to watch. I always thought that was a tendon on me. Tight as hell lol

No tendon brother. I pin 3.5cc there regularly. Rule of thumb with any pin location is to allow at least a week between pins. This helps reduce scare tissue and less painful pins.
