phentermine help for wife

First off, sorry if this the wrong spot- there is no "diet" forum...More women have experience with phentermine then guys I know, so i thought i would try my luck here...okay- Wife used phen a few years ago with great success..she has some back issues, and could not workout as much...she gained weight back. She started taking phentermine 37.5 a month ago, prescibed by doc, and we both do B12 injections....she said she gets some energy from it, but has not lost any weight. She has not ramped up workouts yet, but appetite suppressant isint really there- she doesnt feel like she did before. Does anyone know why this is and how to counter it? Or a safe supplement she can stack...i take an ECA stack- be she does not do ephedra well... Thanks again, and also, again, sorry if this is Ill placed...

Phentermine is really a horrible weight loss supplement! It works short term but has a very high risk of rebound weight gain. It can also cause adrenal fatigue and suppress thyroid hormones. You also absolutely should not use any type of stimulant with it. ECA is a really bad idea! If she chooses to still use it I would only use it 30 days on 30 days off to minimalize side effects. Its really a sneaky drug because it seems to work great for a while and then when you go off its a down hill ride of weight gain from there on.

What she should be doing instead of using medication is to modify her diet based on her activity level. Using carb cycling or a protein sparing modified fast could work well for her in short intervals. When someone is limited on activity based on a injury using a very strict diet will give more results than drugs!

It works better for me than T 3 and or clen but Matt77 is right about the rebound.

Worked well for a while. Fast weight loss, for short period of time. Just hard to keep it off after finishing the script.
