Turinabol for women

Wouldn't turinabol be a good choice for women because it has such a low androgenic rating? My wife has taken anavar before and liked it, but she feels like it thins her hair.
I know nothing about PEDs for females, but my understanding is that it's the androgenic effects that women want to avoid...

My wife has used Turinabol numerous times for 6 to 8+ weeks starting at 5mg (one week), then to 10mg (3 weeks) , then 20mg (4 weeks) . Weeks 8-10 she slowly drops to 5mg/day.
I think Turinabol is underrated for females. My wife didn't have any sides to report , however, this may not be the case for every individual female the way I see it.

Can work well. Keep it at 10mg ed for 6 weeks with a couple of months off before repeating.
