I can't squat because of nerve damage in my left shoulder.
I'm 58, 6'1", 210, 12%, currently, only Test E @ 400mgs a week.
My main motion is the inverted leg press.
Rigth now, this is what I do:
1. !5 x 6 sets in progressively heavier weight
2. 12/8/6/4 in further progressively heavier sets, topping out at 800lbs.
3. total Sets: 10
4. Once a week
I get strong but not big. Waddya think?
