looking at your situation from the perspective of a former addict I’m curious as shit what primo meds your getting to justify a monthly flight back and forth regardless of the cost of the ticket but it would be inappropriate for you to post it. Thinking about it makes my mouth water though.

Even a Roxy 30 will not help with back pain after a period of time. Before you know it you will be taking two. In time the nice feeling will barely be there like it was in the beginning. You wind up just feeding an addiction.
I fell 30’ and wound up in.a wheelchair for a year. Not one minute goes by that something isn’t hurting. But that is just life. You get used to it. Stop now. Under your terms. I’m not minimizing your pain. But hoping you realize any pain reliever that you need to fly for isn’t gonna end well.

My hunch is monthly pain med script that requires an inperson consult for every renewal (I think that’s the norm for that level of drugs?). Definitely addict vibes by the post and desperation.
