30 years old. Lifting this time around for 3 years. Bodyweight 185lbs with 10% BF. Goals are lasting strength, 15-20lbs of LBM. Lifting Routine 5x5 plus assistance work in 8-15 rep range. Diet 4500 calories, clean whole foods, no grain, enough protein.
I'm wondering if the Ancillaries look okay? Is there something missing? Too much? Is there anything that should be on hand just in case? Any advice will be much appreciated.
Cycle
- HGH 4iu ED start 3 months prior and continue indefinitely
- Week 1-12: Test E @ 400mg/week
- Week 6-12: Anavar @ 60mg ED
Ancillaries:
- Week 1-12: Aromason @ 12.5mg ED (bump up to 25mg if symptoms start)
- Week 1-17: Nolvadex @20mg ED (40mg ED during weeks 14&15)
- 3 days after last pin: HCG 500iu/day for 10 days
- 3 days after last HCG pin start Clomid -
- Clomid Day 1: 300mg
- Clomid Day 2-11: 100mg ED
- Clomid Day 11-21: 50mg ED

Chronium
Vitamin C
Glucosamine
Glutamine

Taurine if needed
