.What your workin weights for other bodyparts and exercises?
.
Most of my exercises are base on old school workouts. Works for me , I keep it... I am not to much into fancy equipment...
Squats: i do 15 reps 345 pounds like 4 to 6 sets
biceps barber curls and triceps: 145 pound 8-12 reps 5 sets
shoulders: military press: not to heavy: 5 sets 10 reps weight 165 10 -12 reps
traps: i do like 600 pounds 10 reps 6 sets
that is basically it...
most importantly, i eat and eat some more.... lot of good food, fish, chicken, rice, alligator meat, deer meet, buffalo meet...
no protein shakes for me what so ever.....
by the way, i been lifting for over 15 years now... this is part of my every day life....
Thanks for the kind words...
I am planning to go soon to a bench press competition.. I have to do to get first place
40 reps 315 pounds...
That is my goal....
You would be wise to go heavier on shoulder press and do plenty of chins to keep balance and healthy shoulders with such a strong bench press
5 plates will be impressive
WOW that would be impressive. you will be one strong azz mofo if you can get that
Ask me if I lift Heavy
So, do you lift heavy?
Good luck on your upcoming competition.
I will get it done and share it with you bros here ...
Be all you can be. Don't ever let people tell you you can not do what you are planning to do.!
The sky is not longer the limit !

I thought light weight built big muscle... All i hear is Ronnie screaming light weight.. looks like i need to put down the 20's and grab the 100's now lol
Great lift, I remember the first time i hit 405 once i was supper pumped i would shit my pants to rep it like that.
