well 2 days past but as a wrestle Ive lost 11 lbs in a 48hr period through dehydration. Like others said dnp holds water. Pretty much cardio throughout day sips of water and sit in a hot tub with a rubber suit. I wouldn't advise this its not safe but I have done dozens of times to make weight.

Is that a tape worm or virus/bacteria? If its a virus/bacteria then yea that shit is fast. Just had a bit of food poisoning or some shit and lost 13lb in 2 days. Constant vomiting, shiting liquid and not eating for 48 hours leans you up real fast haha. Only downside is you do tend to want to put a bullet through your head for a few days.
