Ok. So here goes. I'm putting myself on blast....
My story: I used to be 115 pounds of lean muscle... 2 kids later and a messy separation along with other factors and just eating like shit left me like a fat pig.
Yes I said it. A fat pig!
At my heaviest I was 216. I've lost 36 pounds since I started on 12-15-2015 on my own and still on my mission to get to my goal weight which is 120
60 pounds to go.
I run 3x a week and box 4x a week and have a lot of natural muscle tone.
I recently reached out to Russianstar (here on the board) for his help and hired him to help transform my body. As he has trained a lot of high level athletes I thought his help would be invaluable.
Working with him has been GREAT so far.
Here's where I am: He placed me on this eating plan which I've been on for about a week.

*on waking up. 3 spoons lemon juice and glass of cold water mixed!!*
*30 mins later.
3 egg whites and no yolk, with tomato and cucumber slices
*1 hour later 2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil.
1g vitamin c
1 hour later. Handfull of almonds
*1 hour later choice of salmon or white fish, with spinach and asparagus tips. Or green beans
*1 hour later 1 spoon extra virgin coconut oil.
2 glasses of water
1 hour later a green apple.
*.Tuna salad, as much lettuce as you like
This will change after 2 weeks once he feels my leptin levels are high, and then the really exciting things starts.

First let me say it's been very easy to stick too.
Also part of my plan is the below.... Which I have ordered and should be starting sometime between now and Monday depending on when it arrives.
Here is the protocol I'll be following.

First weeks plan, all peps are GTGchem.
Ok first thing am 150mcg of hgh frag injected into your stomach fat
100mcg of aod9604 injected into your tummy fat.
This pep hasn't widely been used but it is superb at breaking down fat.
And 20mcg of clenbuterol
This will be ramped up then dropped so receptors can refresh.
wait 40 mins before eating
with breakfast 10mg of mk677 and 10mg of mk2866 this is to prevent a bad stomach from the carrier.
pre workout 150mcg hgh frag
Mid morning 25mcg t3
Before bed 25mcg t3 about 1 hour before
And 250mcg of cjc1295 with dac subq
Follow this for the first week

I can honestly say I'm SOOO excited to get to my goal!! I will post before and progression pictures once I'm 2 weeks into the peptides.
