agreed esp if you live in an area like mine where there is hardly sunny weather coupled with the fact that most of us dont have time to lounge in the sun every day...Outdoors all the time as well in the summer but alot sun is blocked when you live in woods lol...I do 3-6,000 with regular supplements now after getting a script for a few months as doc found my levels were low during blood work years ago.Then a Multi,Bcomplex and echinacea...Also sometimes antioxidant formula and zma...
