I know a question like this probably has crossed everyone's eyes a Ike or so but I couldn't find anything recent and this is more about my body than someone else's. I am just looking for advice. I have been completely off AAS for a little over 3 weeks now. Had great results with my last cycle which was basically my first real legit one. I have been on Dr prescribed TRT since 2011 so this is the first time I have been completely off Test. The first few weeks I didn't really notice anything but these past couple days have been rough on me. I am just not recovering from workouts the way I am used to. I did legs yesterday and I can barely walk today, still pushed through my workout today bur now my whole body is a little sore, legs still terrible. My question is... does this sort of go away and you just get used to it? Do I ease back my workout routine and go about 75% of what I was doing? Is there anything OTC that can help this out or supplement that can help? I have lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks so I feel pretty good about that. Weighed 181 today pre workout. How much of a factor is not taking anything in regards to maintaining gains. I don't plan on staying off. I have to get blood work from the doc at the end of the year. So I have about another 6 weeks to go of this. I appreciate all feedback even if you guys tell me I'm a moron[emoji51]
