I saw some 2 reports many years ago where it had happened due to being applied improperly and not being allowed to absorb properly. But studies show transferring and absorbing is difficult to do at best.This is yes and no. Once dried it's fairly benign but it can liquify again when sweaty and there have been documented transfer occurrences to women from that. Usually during sex.
