Rice cakes always seem pointless to me. How guacamole yogurt is good on them.

I usually buy plain fage and mix a package of low sodium onion soup in it. I'll use that for dip or a spread

I almost (engaged) married a Greek-Cypriot women way back when. She was a solid 9 but I really fell in-love w her mom... God damn that woman could cook and was sooo warm and genuine. I missed out on a trip to Cyprus bc of work one year. What a fool I was....

My good friends mother (Ms. Georgiou) can cook her ass off, she has always owned a restaurant in my area and just opened up a new one, damn that lady can perform magic in a kitchen, Greek food or any damn food.

10 oz plain yogurt with 2 plain rice cakes crushed in, strawberry chopped on top, topped with whip cream and some walden farms syrup is one of my favorite high volume low calorie snacks. For only 140 more calories you can add sugar free vanilla pudding. Like 350 calories total for all that lol

Imagine i was born and raised in a small fishing island that doesnt even have cars ,2000 ppl isand , i lived there until i joined the navy

I strongly believe that this quality of food here is one of the reasons of my condition year round , i Eat almost all my food natural , like nubret did

My grandfather used to own fish reastaurant ( we call it fish tavern here) for like 46 years , i grew in there

In my opinion the Mediterranean diet , our diet is the best for overal health

OK now I've suddenly become more interested in Greek yogurt @madg

Is there a particular reason bodybuilders seem to prefer Fage? I'm reading that it's the original that was brought to America via Greece, therefore dubbed Greek Yogurt

I know madg is an expert on this shit lol Would you say there's any brand on the shelf you've seen that comes anywhere close to real strained yogurt?
