Depends on how much you inject. If this is your 1st time I would have some sudafed on hand incase it lasts longer than 3-4 hours

It's actually not dangerous. It can be painful if you use too much and the erection lasts too long. But high flow priapisms are only painful, not dangerous. Some guys will go to the hospital and have the aspirate the penis because it hurts too much, if say the erection lasts for 10 hours or so, but this is unnecessary for multiple reasons. For one, that won't ever happen to you if you start low and slowly titrate your dose. For two, you should have an antidote shipped to you along with your Trimix, which you can inject yourself using a 31 gauge insulin pin rather than having a doctor jam an 18g harpoon into you. Third, as I said, you don't actually need to do anything. A high flow priapism that lasts more than 10 hours is going to be painful, but is not going to do at damage. You can just ride out the pain and wait for it to wear off. It's low flow priapisms which are dangerous, and Trimix causes the opposite of that. But to answer your question, if you start low, you can cause an erection that only lasts 45 minutes or so, or you can slowly adjust the dosage to have it last however long you want.

I think a safe first time dose would be about 10 IU's and adjust from there. First time I tried, I injected 12 IU's and my erection lasted almost 3.5 hours before downing sudafed. It's intimidating with the first shot sticking a pin into your penis, but, after the first shot, it's a breeze. Just don't hit a vessel and get your fk on!!
