Test at 150, tren at 250 per week. 10 week cycle. Considering running test 2 weeks at the end to “taper off” before Pct. I’m very happy with my gains but my goal is to drop as much body fat as possible.
I would like advice on the “taper off” as well as the pros and cons of increasing test dose.
Keeping in mind that I’m trying to minimize water retention and am not interested in the “juiced look”. Fitness model physique is goal.
Find your maintenance calories right now , OFF gear and with current training.
Run test at 250mg , Mast at 100mg and Tren and 100mg , 20mcg Clen and 5mg Yohimbine hcl first thin in the morning on empty stomach
that alone will help with fat loss and prevent muscle loss.
Increase the intensity of your training as much as possible which should be easy with the gear and add 20min cardio
After 2 weeks cut 500 calories , at 20 minutes cardio increase clen to 40mcg and 5mg yohimbine 3x a day.
Nobody has any idea what you currently look like or what goal you are trying to achieve , what your past drug history is. Are you currently completely clean or are you taking TRT , in the past how test effected you as far as water retention , how do you respond to tren??
If you are currently 220% of gelatinous pussy repellent and you wanna end up looking like Brad Pitt in fight club then it's gonna take ALOT of suffering diet and cardio wise to make it in 10 weeks
If you are only looking to drop 10-15 pound of fat then just getting your test level up near the 1200ng/dl and control your estrogen could get your where you want to be may with a little fat burners
The diet and training are gonna dictate your conditioning WAY WAY more than the drugs
