I like seeing the threads where people post pics of where they live so I thought I'd post up a few of my little island.

Jersey is 100 miles from UK and 9 miles from France, it has its own government but is ruled by the Queen.

Its 9 x 5 miles wide and has some beautiful scenery, 80,000 inhabitants and is a great place to raise kids, very safe and very much beach oriented.

very lucky mate

we're in the Gulf stream so its always a few degrees warmer than UK but still the same seasons as UK.

I do cross 8 mile on my way to the gym.

theres a different tax structure to the UK but yeah we do pay less
