well, i was done with my first contest of the season yesterday. didn't make light heavies like i planned. i weighed 86.5 kg and the cut off was 85 kg for light heavies, so i was bumped into the heavies.
the lighting was aweful... i mean, shadows... just shadows and you can barely tell 5% fat from 15% on stage.

after i went off stage, we went to the little crappy gym they had in the venue and took pictures with good lighting... now you know how crappy the stage lights were

it's just a matter of losing more fat now, and i think that'll come with more time and keep pushing through a sensible diet. I know it's fat and not water since i wasn't even sweating when i was on stage, and i was loaded with carbs and had an awesome pump... so... more dieting and cardio i guess
