Could you tell more details what was in those shakes (carbs/protein/aminos etc)? Was you using insulin prew?

I can't tell you excatly as Milos helped me put together this protocol and wouldn't be fair to him since he makes a living off it. Its kind of like the pre, intra, and post workout shakes you seen of his online, but a lot more specific for me. There werer carbs (vitagro, fruit), aminos, among other specific ingredients.

Yes, but Milos helped bring me in loaded and full with tons of vascularity. My muscles felt pumped ever since I loaded Wed and Thursday and didn't subside a bit until the night contest. Made pumping up and posing a piece of cake.

My protein intake increased by 70g and carbs by about 150g, on top of the shakes and whatever fat came naturally in my foods.
