jeez bro, before i even saw that sentence on ' doing new arm training ' .. i was just about to say your arms loook like theyve increased dramatically... what changes have you applied to help them come up , if you dont mind sharing?

lots of volume with old school meat and potatoes exsecises. 14 sets for triceps, lots of reps, 8-9 sets for biceps, a little heavier but still higher reps..

Arms definitely look bigger in the front double bicep. Your chest and shoulders look a lot thicker in that pose as well.

Very impressive, Mike. Added some thickness and size without sacrificing taper and symmetry. Good quad sweep, and arm training is definitely working.
