You look great bro. I'd really like to see what the final product is! Make sure to get some good shot from the show... and shot of the big trophy you get for the overall.
Also, you have a really good back lat spread. Has this been a genetic gift, or something you spent a lot of time on? What's your training like typically? Low/high volume?
Also, are you keto or "low carbs" or what? Always curious.
I think you should pose your legs differently in the front double biceps shot. Your legs are very thick, you can see it in the rear poses. But the way you're standing in the front shot takes away your sweep. I think you should pose them the same way you would in the front relaxed.
WOW! You guys are to kind. Nate thanx for the heads up on the pose. I will practice that. Dave I was 223 in the pics but this morning I was 117. I pissed off 6lbs last night. I look alot better too.
As far as my diet its almost fat free, moderate carbs and on the high end of protein. Right now my carbs are around 325g a day.

Sorry, forgot to answer the back thing. Thanx again. My training on back this year has been all freeweights. bent rows, rack chins, DB rows. I have been higher on reps on everything.
conditioning, color, dryness all look great, posing i agree with nate on the legs. I find it kinda wierd though that your biceps look really good in the rear double, and the front double but your arms are really lacking in the side chest, is that from underdeveloped triceps, if so then you really need to hit the tri's hard this coming offseason to strengthen up that post cause thats what sticks out at me, im only telling you this cause you are THAT GOOD! if your weren't i would have kept my mouth shut. so hit it hard bro, you got massive potential.
the back double is a great shot for you, the seperation in your hamstring and ham-glute tie in is freakin great and that back development is just sick bro
