I need advice about my legs and my back.
Still thinking that my legs are big for my upper body.Me and lucian decided not do train them for the next 8-10 weeks.I am doing now 1h.cardio(75-85 MHR) in the morning and 30-45 min(65-75MHR) night time.
How can I burn my legs"s muscles????????
It will be my first time so I do not have any idea?
