NOT lean enuff for 12 days out? you better step it up another level , besides that your physique looks good , arms id say are the only weakness you have , best of luck.

disagree. missing seperation in certain muscle groups yes (hams), but as far as condition hes pretty much on. You can tell hes holdin a lil water, if he nails it he will be crisp as he can be at his level of development. Ham/glute tie-in is a good indicator hes pretty lean, lower back might be only trouble spot i see condition wise... arms are fine size, just not super round thats all

Agree to disagree but why do i have the feeling your 4 weeks out and leaner then this:p hmmm?
 
Thanks for the input guys. My sodium and water are both very high right now, so I'm definitely holding a fair amount of water. Today was also the 3rd consecutive lower carb day in a row.
I've never been able to get good seperation in my hams, I think it's just genetic. Arms and calves are my biggest weakpoints. I think my conditioning will be spot on after I drop water and carb load. Thanks again, I appreciate the constructive feedback.

maybe cuz my boss is a lunatick lol, but besides that iv learned the stronger a bodypart becomes for you, the better it conditions. Just needs to bring up lagging bodyparts a lil and itl come in tighter.
 
One more from last night. I think I need to pull my far arm in tighter to my torso/chest so you can't see how thin it is.
