12 weeks-do I have to try or no???

I am still thinking-do I have to do one show after 12 weeks or no?
lucian is ready to help,but I am still confuse...

i dunno bout competing.. but I had to close those pics fast before my wife caught me drooling :D

Is your question whether or not you should compete? I think you would do very well in figure, so why not give it a shot?

one thing i noticed in the pics ia that your quads are infact more proportioned. it seems the leg training is working. also i think this is the leanest you have ever been. it wouldnt take much for you to get there and we are still 12 weeks away. PLENTY OF TIME!!!!

Annie...you first you have to believe in yourself. If not, you will sabatoge all that you are trying to accomplish.

My problem is that I do not believe in myself......I have to be perfect to do comp.And I do not think that these 12 weeks are enought.I am hearing from everybody in my Gym that I look ok,but I look ok for my Gym..not to step on the stage.I need real "eye"I do not want to loose lucian"s time and my time too.I think that I am too short(5.1-5.2)and my legs are too muscular,small back...
Need real eyes:)

True...but what you need to see is the potential you have. You have to go into preparing for comp willing to give everything you have and not second guess your decision.

Look at it this way....what is it going to hurt to get ready for a show. If by the 1 week out point your not happy, then your in incredible condition and can use that to rebound.

Annie, if it makes you feel any better, i recently went to a show, and was SHOCKED at how TINY (itsy-bitsy! the figure girls are. I felt like a huge monster next to them!
Most were under 5'4", and I'm almost 5'9" - and literally almost double there body weight .. so trust me honey, your height is just were you should be in the figure world :)

And no, no one on this board is here to flatter, or boost your ego ;)
They wouldn't tell you to go for it, if they didn't mean it.


And really, what's the worst that can happen?
You have an experience of a life time prepping for it, learn more than you imagine about yourself, and make new friends at the show. :)
 
You should have more confidence in yourself because you look fantastic. I say go for it!
 
i would have to agree with mainevent on this one.. u need to believe in yourself or u will sabotage your competition..... i stopped because my heart wasnt in it any more.. the mental part is the hardest to competing IMO
 
I say you do what you want to do....what you feel like you want to do.....That is the way to enjoy it the most.....Doing what you like to do....

Besides that you are in great shape and look great!!
 
I say as others here. You should do one. Ok what's the worst thing that can happen. You diet and train for 12 weeks and if you are not happy that you would do well in a line up you stop. You will still be in the best shape of your life and you can see what you can achieve! It would not be the first time anyone dieted for 12 weeks and then pulled out! No harm done. My opinion is yes you should. You will never know unless you give it a shot. You should be more confident in your self. You are gorgeous. You already have a good body to work with and you are in good company with lucian, so why not!

You look fantastic, as has been said (and I agree).

If you'd like an honest physique critique, post up some mandatories pics (as best you can) showing front, back and both sides, and I'm sure you'll get plenty of excellent opinions.

Go for it.. You will do fine, the cutting cycle experience will be priceless for your next show, you will have the experience and confidence to 'fix' anything that went wrong and come back stronger and leaner than before.

Everyone has a first show.. everyone makes mistakes (too flat, too much water, etc) yet every body is different. How will you know unless you try?

First, YOU must make the decison to go for it, no one else! You've got a fantastic starting point physique-wise, your gorgeous and you have a great training partner to boot. Go for it!!!

I will try,but...
I am not scare of hard diet.I was on a diet 1/2 of my life.I did Taekwon-do for 11 years.I had comp.in Europe and all over the world.But my diet was different-loosing weight.This one now-I have to eat.My big..big problem.
What I am doing now:
wake up at 4am.Train a few clients.try to find a time between 8-10 am so I can do my cardio(running or jump rope,or stairs,or cross trainer :45-50 min.with 85-95HR)(with abs,calf,back exten.and 4x12 pull ups)on a empty stomach.then eat:(,train a few more clients till 12:30pm.Do not eat.Train with lucian(workout)Eat round 4pm.Train clients till 9 or 10pm.eat round 7 or 8pm.Do cardio(just walking incline)for 30-40 min.Go to sleep round 12:30am.
I am doing this Monday till Friday.Saturday I train only clients.Sunday-cardio for 1h.or play tennis or ride bike for 1-1/12h
What do you think guys..is it too much or it is not enough...
This will be my first one-so I am ..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:)
Thank you lucian for your help....just do not give up of me....I will be pain in your a.. for the next 3 months.be strong:)
