I'm 6,1, and in the low 270's right now.

Ya, weather here is nice and we are about 5 minutes from the beach, so most Saturdays my wife demands a little time there!!

Shoulders have been a weak point for me (among many others) and I paid particular attention to them during my off season.

I am training for the Southern States, July 11th in Ft Lauderdale.

Honestly? WAAAAAAY too long to even want to talk about. I've been in the gym for over 20 years, NOT competing, but working out....
