For all the postive comments...Im working hard on being at my best come sept. 4....
right now diet wise im eating about 425-450 grams of protein a day, and my carbs are right around 300-350 per day...I have 2 carb up days weekly (going up to 1000 grams of carbs, tues and thurs) and my cardio is at 25-30 mins 5x week...
Look for some new pics in about 4 weeks (10 weeks out)...
