im doing my 2nd show on March 22nd up in covington ky.....wish me luck....been dieting 14 wks on Palumbo's keto diet, heres some pics from my
1st contest (2006 NPC Battle at the River)

Excellent condition there. i know these are older pics but prioritize your chest back and legs in your training. You have a long trunk and need to pack some more beef around the top half to give you better shape. But you have no issues with condition bro, just get the added size and you will have a good balance happening!

25 yrs old

been bodybuilding for 3 yrs

in the pics above I was only 190lbs at 6-3

this yr im up to 210lbs at 4%...finally putting on good size

Thanks. Hopefully I can reach that again for my next show, last one in November didn't quite hit the mark.

I did as well you looked familiar I was in that huge light heavy class I placed 4th. Are you going to hit it again....it was my second show and wow was I overwhelmed by how awesome everybody looked in every class.....

I was shooting for the middles but came in at 180 so was a light heavy too. Congrats on your placing, there was some serious competition in every class. Could not believe the number of competitors alone. That was a LONG trip and me and Mainevent were like, yea, next time fly instead of driving 9-10hours! What a drive! And traffic in NYC, forget it!!!!!! My GPS was useless inbetween the buildings. Hitting the Francois in May, more than likely stick a lil closer to home for contests, just too much travel for all that.
